When you build a site with WP Residence theme, one of the many options available is to select theme slider as your header media (Header Media is the area below the menu and can be a google map, a revolution slider, a theme slider, an image or nothing).
The theme slider lists properties you select to show from admin. Each property shows the featured image and info gathered from the listing. In Theme Options -> Theme Slider you have the options to choose what listings will appear in theme slider, and what slider type to use since there are 2 design types.
