1. You have an online manual that you can study before buying the theme : http://help.wpresidence.net . It has an autocomplete search for easy finding. Also we have added this search into the theme admin interface.

3. Ticketing system : If you have any problems you can open a ticket on support.wpestate.org . There are 3 persons that will answer your tickets in max 24 h (we do not work during weekends.)
